Delete your account

You can ask Dr. Mohammad Alhajjiri’s practice to delete your Hajjiri Heart account at any time. Here is how, and exactly what happens.

Delete from the app (fastest)

Open Hajjiri Heart, go to More, then Delete my account. You confirm with a one-time code sent to the verified email connected to your account. The clinic responds within 15 working days and provides a written summary. Where a verified email is available, it can send a neutral receipt without clinical details.

Or contact the clinic

Call Dr. Mohammad Alhajjiri’s practice in Amman and give only the phone number registered on your account. The team verifies you and starts the same deletion request. Please do not send medical details by email.

What is deleted and what is kept

Your account, sign-in, reminders, notification inbox, and AI assistant conversations are erased. Your clinical record (visits, results, medications, and the chat with the clinic including photos, documents, voice notes, and drawings) is retained for at least 10 years, and longer when required by law or an unresolved legal claim. The clinic retains required consent receipts and a safety log of regular N-AI conversations. Access to retained records is restricted. The privacy policy explains the retention periods.
