Delete your account

You can ask Hajjiri Healthy Hearts clinic to delete your Hajjiri Heart account at any time. Here is how, and exactly what happens.

Delete from the app (fastest)

Open Hajjiri Heart, go to More, then Delete my account. You confirm with a one-time code sent to your own phone. The clinic processes the request within 15 working days and confirms to you in writing.

Or contact the clinic

Call Hajjiri Healthy Hearts clinic (Dr. Mohammad Al-Hajjiri, Amman) and give only the phone number registered on your account. The team verifies you and starts the same deletion request. Please do not send medical details by email.

What is deleted and what is kept

Your account, sign-in, reminders, notification inbox, and AI assistant conversations are erased. Your clinical record (visits, results, medications, and the chat with the clinic including photos, documents, voice notes, and drawings) is kept only as long as Jordanian law requires medical records to be retained, then securely destroyed. A safety log of AI conversations is kept by the clinic.
