Common questions
How do I get into the app?
With a one-time registration code from the clinic. There is no public sign-up: the clinic gives you the code at your visit, you enter it in the app, confirm a code sent to your phone, and choose your own password. If you lost your code, call the Health Line and the team will issue a new one.
What is N-AI, and is it medical advice?
N-AI is the app's assistant. It explains your own results, medicines and appointments in plain language, and nothing more. It never diagnoses, never prescribes, and never changes your treatment; Dr. Al-Hajjiri and the clinic team decide everything about your care. It only works if you switch it on, and you can switch it off any time from the More tab.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your record exists to care for you and nothing else: never sold, never used for advertising, no analytics or tracking software in the app. The full privacy policy on this site explains everything in plain language, in English and Arabic.
How do I delete my account?
From the app: More, then Delete my account, confirmed with a code to your phone. If you no longer have the app, the account-deletion page on this site explains how to request it by phone. The clinic processes the request within 15 working days; Jordanian health law requires the medical record itself to be kept.
What do I do in an emergency?
Call 911 immediately. The app is not for emergencies and the clinic's chat is not read around the clock. For urgent but non-emergency concerns, call the Hajjiri Health Line.
